Seapro Reccomendation ?

It has been this way for some years now which is why I pointed out that any new engine would be a 4 stroke. There are plenty of GOOD second hand 2 strokes around although some sell quickly and at higher prices that perhaps you would expect, the reason is simple................many people including me do not want a heavy 4 stroke.

When you are ready to buy an engine, let me know and I will check a couple of contacts I have.

I have the 3.4 seapro airdeck with a parson 9.8 engine and it's a great little boat I went for the bigger engine as above because I didn't want to get stuck in a situation where I didn't have enough power to get back in .

Hello Tony You're not that far away, I'm in Blackley. Do you use your SIB for sea fishing? Any idea of the weight, I don't see the information on the web site?

I'm some way getting my first inflatable but I'd appreciate some help/advice. I reckon if I set a price of around £1800/£2000 for boat and outboard it'll give me a realistic figure to aim for or save for! I don't know too many makes, I'm familiar with Humber from my scuba diving days but their inflatables are well out of reach.
I've noticed Honwave and Seapro inflatables being used for sea fishing in a few you tube videos, and after a google search I was happy to find that Seapro are supplied by Bill Higman Marine which is less than half an hour away. They do a Seapro 340 airdeck for £749.00 and a Tohatsu 6.0 HP outboard for £896.00, so £1645.00. I priced another outfit, a Seapro 380HD with a Mariner 9.9 HP outboard £2571, but at nearly a grand more, that money could be spent on all the other equipment I'll need.

So what do you lads and lasses reckon? Am I on the right tracks with the 340 airdeck and 6 HP and or would you recommend an alternative within my price

I have one for sale....Top boat....wouldn't look at anything else,, well I did to be honest for six months but the seapro 340HD was the one that ticked all the boxes. Mine is available for 2k if anyone is interested. Full setup.

Oh I should have mentioned, I wouldn't get the 6hp. I have the 9.8 Parson, all bought from Simon at Higham, wouldnt go with anything lower than that to be honest.

I've got a Seapro 340 Airdeck, I've owned it for just under four years. It's been a delight to own and I've had no issues with it. Great value for money . There might be some snobbery toward them but I think there spot on! I use mine for fishing and it's been spot on. A few pics of my whip..

I still haven't decided which SIB I'm going for but then I still don't have the funds
