Hello all
Looking to get a day out with the sib on the bank holiday friday coming launching at Baiter slipway in Poole.
Can anyone tell me if this slipway is suitable what ever the tide is doing or do I need to take tide times into consideration.
Thanks
Pabs

Depends on your launching method and vehicle type to give you our best advice including the parking costs

With that set up you've nothing stopping you launching at anytime really
The wide concrete slipway has a very shallow gradient with a drop off at the end at low water.
The beach either side of the slipway is quite compact at mid to high water so you'll more than likely use those on the day to have your boat within the water quicker than walking it down the slip.
Plenty of parking places, parking charges last time I was there in January of this year with a trailer was £13.50 for the day but yours will be less, so bring plenty of change......BTW it may get busy there over the holiday period with all kinds of vessels
