Hi, I'm just embarking on making a battery box, mainly for my Garmin Striker. I'd also like to have my Iphone next to it. I've been looking at numerous clamps but they all have mixed reviews. Does anybody have any experiences with any? I was also looking at motorbike Iphone cases that I can jsut zip the phone into.
Any advice would be greatfully recieved. Thanks
Anyone know of a good iphone clamp?

Re: Anyone know of a good iphone clamp?
I've been pretty happy with stuff from Ultimate Addons. Widely available from Amazon and eBay.
I've used their cases and mounts for years on my motorbike so it wasn't a big stretch to pick up a mount for the boat.
I started with one of their zip up cases for my iPhone 4 more than a decade ago, but now prefer the tough, waterproof, plastic cases.
On the boat I have a little ball mount from Ram which is close to the 25mm size used in some of the UA attachments. Think it's actually 25.4mm so the socket is rather tight on the ball, but it works. The mount is screwed to a bit of wood, alongside a mount for a little Garmin plotter. The bit of wood just gets clamped to one of my seats.
