looks a good idea be good for a car or a van the engine part would have to be higher than the prop stop oil going into the pistons

Interesting idea - a few limitations as you say but on the whole look like it makes life a lot easier - be good to see the next step as he puts the engine onto transom.

This one makes it easy to mount the outboard to the transom @ 6mins if you cant wait ;)

think you still need a hand to get it on the transom i do but i never go on the water myself always got another sibber out fishing ,it has to be a better year for fishing weather permitting last year was bollocks

Really? I manage to get the 15hp on and off the transom fairly easily (no lifting, just tilting) using the russian design above on my own and I'm overweight mid 70's.

its only that I'm above knee amputee need help to launch and get the boat launched good set o lad i fish with

You can buy those type of outboard bogies pretty cheap, or an actual outboard tote that works the same.



I have one of these and it's superb, but they do take up a lot of room so not much use if you dont have a van/pick up/trailer

i have made a cart like this would it be ok to transport it like that in the picture as long as the outboard engine is higher than the prop i should be ok ,9.8 tohatsu it says in the book not to put it on its back but if i raise the outboard like i said would that be ok thanks Bun
