New to the Forum from Yeovil

Good Afternoon one and all.

I am new to the forum however, not new to the World of boating but, by no means an expert !

Recently purchased a T38 and 15hp 4T Mercury for coastal exploration around the Southwest and am keen to meet up with other enthusiasts for trips and do not mind traveling anywhere of a Weekend.

My local haunts will be Weymouth, Poole, Wareham and Exmouth but willing to travel further for meets.

Be happy to meet up sometime if you coming down this way. Bought SIB mainly for fishing, and easy to tow behind motorhome. Got it on trailer as getting too long in tooth to manhandle SIB and 15hp Tohatsu!

I am off to Weymouth again this Saturday as conditions are good for exploring and fishing !

I figure I will only ever go to West Bay for fishing as there is nothing to explore really, you are always more than welcome to join me there or anywhere for that matter ! Going to explore Salcombe next Thursday and Dartmouth the Thursday after that.

I have just parted company with our Motorhome and gone back to a Caravan and can still just about manage to handle my T38 and 15hp Mercury so, have the best of both Worlds.

Hope you have good day at Weymouth. Probably be exploring there myself soon. Where you launching? Had a look myself at Bowleaze, Castle Cove and the slipping Weymouth. Just want to run engine in at mo and do some fishing. Off in September with misses (and dog) hopefully to West coast of Scotland.

Great fishing and exploring in the area.
Cafe, bar, toilets, showers etc.
Cruise ships in at present which is a wonderful sight.
