Oooh! Nice one.

Really like the edgy hood design and fancy tiller on the new Merc/Mariners. Big tank for a 20....should last days. :thumbsup

Some pics would be cool.

Last July I bought a new 2018 Mercury 20HP EFI with the new tiller and it is great! It uses very little fuel, has a large tank and is quiet. I am using it on a F-rib 375 and the combination is very, very, very fast. It gets up on plane with 4 guys and my grand daughter in the boat quickly and it goes faster than my wife wants me to go when I am alone. Who could ask for more???

The adjustable tiller is worth getting a Mercury for. It's not why I bought it but now that I have it I 'm not sore I could go back to a regular tiller. Mercury has a good video about the tiller in their web site.

I would really like the new Mercury / Mariner. That tiller is a big attraction for me as I change the side I sit on depending on if I have passengers.
The price is pretty good too.
Any chance you could shoot some video sometime, even if it’s just on your phone?
Not a complete idiot - some parts are missing.

Hi, at the time it was a very good deal as Mercury was offering %10 extra cashback which the dealer applied at the time of the sale. If I remember correctly it came to something like £2250.

Guys,
My 20 HP Mercury is a great outboard. Unfortunately here in Michigan there is still snow on the ground and I am about 2.5 hours from the boat. :( While I did not get around to shooting a video of the tiller in action there is a very good one available at the Mercury Website.

Guys,
I need to apologize for the picture orientation of the snow still at my cottage. I think I need some advice on pasting pictures and checking them prior to submitting. My brother took the picture on Friday as he drove by fro a business trip.

Based on my less than perfect ability to attach a picture I will simply recommend googling "2018 Mercury 20 hp Tiller" to see a professional video of the tiller.

Don’t worry Alan, it’s not always down to the user.
We’ve found the problem lies with image software between devices, cameras and our forum software.
Unfortunately there is no fix other than a manual adjustment..
The admin team is a little understaffed at the moment, we’ll get round to fixing all the images ASAP.

Cheers,
Martin 👍🏻
