I too, are trying to find a cover (other than the Honda one) to fit my T40.

Re: Honwave boat cover
I bought the one from Ducks back (?Ducksback) quite cheap - cant remember how much I paid. Into it's 3rd year and still going strong.
Why am I here - I should be in my boat fishing!!

Re: Honwave boat cover
That I can't remember, sorry. But the web site had instructions on where to measure and I ordered the reccomended size ( I may have gone up one to allow for the canopy and outboard!) If you measure the whole set up it will be fine.

Re: Honwave boat cover
I bought the size 2 for my T38 and while it works for me you can see the ends of the tubes peek out a little.
I made a simple frame out of PVC electrical duct tube to stop water pooling and that has contributed to the fit being a little close.
The T40 is 20cm longer and 20cm wider than the T38, so you can see that you'll need a bigger size than the 2. Whether you need a 3 or a 4 I can't say, but hope this helps a bit.
