May I also throw in my two penny worth and make an appeal? 
The more detailed information you put on your profile - location, boat and outboard make & model etc - then the more likely you are to get helpful, appropriate responses to any information/advice requests that you post.
I frequently see questions that I may or may not be able to help with but wouldn't know without having to go back and forth to solicit further details from the poster, so sometimes just don't reply.
You know it makes sense!

Yup, although it’s not compulsory it really does help a lot.
Just a vague location makes life so much easier. I agree on the outboard and boat comment, but each to their own.
