I thought it looked lush  Just uploading some vids of my first trip out in the T38. Not brilliant but my first attempt but I was impressed with the boat and engine together :drive :star :clappy

However, being a traditionalist, I think I will stick with teak :)

1st time I had the motor WOT as I had a much smaller boat before. With a fat person, full fishing gear and a full 30 litre hulk fuel tank it managed 18.3 mph. Is that a good speed? :drive :star :LMT

Speed wise it's probably a little on the low side, But it also depends on the total weight
My 3.2 with a 15hp 4 stroke will hit close to 25 mph. And when Martin had his 3.8 with same engines as mine hit similar speeds

I was considering going another hole on the trim as it's on 2nd hole at the moment. Would that help with the speed. Must admit I was expecting a bit more speed. :shame

That's what I run mine at, and I'm pretty sure Martins was set the same, could be all the weight you've got in the boat and the placement of it all, try moving stuff a bit further back, is the boat getting up on plane properly or is the bow digging in a bit
