Damn, loads of posts since I last looked :-)

I can't wait chaps.

It's a shame we can't do that Chichester to Portsmouth run. I loved that, it was epic.
Poole sounds good, which is about 121 miles away

Nothing is set in stone as yet James as we'll have to look at the weather conditions nearer the time and what size boat/hp folks are using on the day ;-)
As you well know a trip along the coast from Portsmouth to Chichester harbour is a 'haul' in a small boat/hp combination, particularly in lumpy conditions if we circumnavigate Portsmouth via the canals under the bridges

Totally agree with ya, but it was good fun :-)
We're going out in Pete's boat tomorrow, rain or shine to make sure it's ok for the trip at the end of October. Boat is fine, we just need to test and probably tune his engine.

It looks like we have to keep to the river as I don't think the weather will be good enough for anything else.

Hi wolavington.
We're always happy to have new members along.
There'll be plenty of guys to help/assist if you need it.

We'd be grateful if you could do an introductory post in the "introduce yourself" section and tell us your approx location, age group etc. It helps the forum members get to know you and your set-up.

Cheers,
Martin :cheers
