Re: Boat storage / sit on box.
If you're buying on ebay, use gixen.com to place automated last second bids for you.
You can group items together so if you win one it doesn't bid on the others, and you don't pay more than you intend to either.

I'm lucky to have red hot internet speeds so I can bid manually at 3-4 seconds and still get the item
God bless cable lol

Re: Boat storage / sit on box.
The idea is that you don't need to be present. You just set it and forget. I've never lost an item that went for less than I was willing to pay for it.
Say for example I want a game.
There's 15 of them but different conditions. I enter each one in the same gixen group but give each a different value that I'm willing to pay.
Gixen will bid for me in the last 2-3 seconds and if I win one it'll cancel the others in the group so I don't end up with multiples.
You don't have to use it but It makes my life easier. I set and forget and don't get dragged into bidding wars or spend my evenings staring at ebay hitting F5! ;)
For Amazon, I use www.camelcamelcamel.com It'll send you alerts when the price of something drops to the price you're willing to pay for it. It's also interesting to see just how volatile the prices are!

Just bit the bullet and bought a new Coleman 70qt chiller box the same as Martins.

I've got my air flo cushion to go on top - happy days and cold beer

Re: Boat storage / sit on box.
Keep an eye on 'Go Outdoors' website as they sometimes price to sell items such as this one. I bought an electric 12 & 240v for £70 two years ago which normally sell for about £130. They also do a discount membership for £5 which entitles you to extra discount on items so worth looking.
