The company I used, are where you will get the cheapest runners and for the Elling and are quick on posting (Good people to deal with) You have to have 4 runners as the base is 40cm wide to give it good support, as it is twice as wide as the original seat I used the two from the original seat and bought two more.
As for time it takes for the post not sure as UK is not in the EU, it give you the cost for shipping when you buy them.

i tried one on my new boat the swivel plate broke just mess need a new alloy seat .
better one buy 2 paddle floats the foam type unscrew one end of the alloy set the foam floats will fit right over them then put the plate and the screws back mind awe bit locktight stop the screw coming lose
