Problems when glueing name and ID on an inflatable pvc boat

Hello to all

I have a Honwave T27 inflatable pvc boat and I need to glue the lettering of the name and ID of the boat on the pvc tubes.
The letters brought themselves some glue but unfortunately some of them didn't glue well. Even the ones that glued better I think they will unglue when I unfold the boat.
Does any one had the same problem? Do you know what kind of glue I could buy to try to re-glue the letters?
