If I can find a boat I will be there! Or I can always use my leaky Honwave and just keep topping it up!
Not a complete idiot - some parts are missing.

Planning on doing ‘The Day after New Years Day’ sib/rib run* from Baiter or Warsash on Sat 2nd Jan 21...all packed and ready to go, leaving tomorrow. Don’t be late!

*Covid bollax restrictions allowing.
I don’t have the SIB any more, but I’d be keen to join in with my SR4? Don’t mind either Warsash or Baiter, or Christchurch for that matter. 👍

Avon Searider SR4, it’s a 4m classic rib, mines an early 1983 model which I’ve refitted with new motor and electrics, but kept the original seating layout. It’s a bit like a small sports car for the water.

That’s me in mine, but also look on YouTube for a guy called Harry Dwyer, he’s got one the same as mine and he’s going round the UK in it. Great boats, very seaworthy and stable.

Most people have removed the original seating and replaced it with a central jockey seat. I prefer the original 4 seat layout.

Thanks Harrison
Yes its amazing what wheels can do, kinda like an old suit with freshly polished shoes.
That make jazzy wheels for mowers too!

@Martin If you have been quiet of late then I have been almost dead or retired, to the point of nearly forgetting I had a boat over the last couple of years. I also send apologies for my absence on the forum but not grovelling like Martin did in case you haven't missed me :Boxsmile :thud :I'm New :shame
I'm not really a Hobbit, just look like one. Real name is "Andy".
