Hello all,
Neil is my name i live in the rep of ireland,i would love some advise before i make a purchase.I have a motorhome with a big storage area in the rear im thinking of buying an frib but as i have never seen one apart from pics on line would love to here from some frib owners,Im an avid angler need to be able to stand up and cast from the boat and would like enough room for 2 anglers sometimes 3 and fishing gear.I see the 360 is popular i was thinking of the 375 as its a little bigger,i have owned boats in the past and dont want to have a trailer behind a motorhome,I dont see anywhere to make purchase in Ireland so advise and a recommendation would be great.
Thanks in advance
Neil

Hi Neil, Welcome aboard...
Thanks for a great introduction....
You've found the right place, we probably have largest gathering on F-Rib owners onboard our superb community, so hopefully several will chip in with detail.
I myslef am a proud owner of an f-rib 375
. Whether i fold it up and sling it in the pick-up truck/ chuck it in the caravan or tow it on it's trailer, it fits my needs just right.
I've fished for several hours two up, had jaunts out with 5 people aboard (4 adults and one 8yr old) for 3-4 hours.
I hoon about on my own either empty or sometimes loaded up with a few days camping gear.
All pushed along with the superb Suzuki 20hp efi 4 stroke... It makes a superb package.
Boat weighs in at approx 55kg
Outboard approx 42kg
If it helps size things up, I'm 5'10" and 95kg (ish)
Enjoy the forum !!

Hi Martin,
Thanks for your quick response, really appreciated -pretty much sums up what i had thought from researching online, any idea of trusted suppliers, need to decide where to buy one from and who offers best value packages.
How long does it take to disassemble at the end of a day ?
Thanks

Re: Hello, new member looking for frib advice please.
The f-rib is pretty much fixed price throughout the dealers..
We have a dealer on here @F-Rib South East that might be able to assist with shipping charges etc.... Overall possibly a better all round deal ??
Dismantle, very quickly..
i can probably drop the outboard off, remove the oars and deflate the boat in about 10-15 mins if i really had to, but i'm never in that much of a rush, i'd rather give it a slight clean down where i pack up if possible.
