@richard_thomson - Has the Honwave arrived yet?
If you need any help/advice regarding the floor after first inflation, be sure to post some pics up and we can assist straight away.
It's not always the case, but we have seen and suggested/returned a few bad T38's of late.

@Martin Hi Martin - not yet, i've asked for it to be sent in 3/4 weeks as i've got a few family things going on at the moment. I will do that when it arrives though - much appreciated as it may not be that obvious to me!

Hi richard, i see you are just down the road from me i am in Elderslie, it will be interesting to find out how you get on as i have my heart set on the same Honwave but after reading some post about the dodgy floor i am a bit miffed, a couple of times i have been ready to press the buy now button but after reading about Harisons floor levels i have been having second thoughts,

Re: Hi all - newbie here!
Not all the T38ie or T32ie floors have the misaligned floor. The majority do seem to be ok and those owners that have rejected the poor manufactured/misaligned floors - as far as I’m aware have had theirs replaced by The Honda dealer.
My advice would be buy one local so it's easy to return should you be less than happy with it.

Re: Hi all - newbie here!
The Honwave is a superb boat and well worth a bit of hassle to get a good one as there is nothing else which compares within the price range. I guess Honda know this and that is why they don’t need to push to better the quality control.
Mine is the first one I have bought and it is fine.

Re: Hi all - newbie here!
Perhaps as a group F-Ribs and Sibs should be opening up a dialogue direct with Honda themselves to discuss our concerns over quality and how we can obtain a supply of "quality checked" T38's for members.

Re: Hi all - newbie here!
So Martin, where are all these perfect floors then. All I’m seeing or hearing about are the crap ones. Let’s see some pics of perfect hulls. If we’re recommending the new guys to go for T38’s coz they’re the best thing since sliced bread, how do you source the good uns! In my book it’s far from acceptable to keep ordering boat after boat on the off chance a good hull will eventually arrive.
