That's really nice...very sociable boat and those Glastron's hulls run way nicer than similar sized bayliners too (good deep v hulls) I recon she'll do a genuine 45 kts no worries too!!! :drive :drive :drive :drive

I love how everyone on here refers to owt that ain't blow up as "hard hulls"!

Personally I call them "BOATS", I know I'm a bit quirky but I'm sure it'll catch on one day!!!  :Boxsmile

It's like calling a SIB a Floppy!

Love all these hard-hull/darkside/"Boat" postings.

You've take the carpet out temporarily or permanently?

Very nice. So it looks to be that you guys take bowriders out on the bay/ocean? Guys are skittish around here about doing that for some odd reason. If it's a bowrider=lake, center console=coast/fishing.

in the UK, if the bugger floats we'll take it out anywhere (waves depending).

Cheers guys, Yes she can get on a bit, but best I've seen on gps is 44mph ( approx 39 knots) which ain't bad for a 3.0lt inboard,

9-R. I've taken the carpets out for the winter, they are just clipped in which is great for cleaning,
As for not using them in the sea  why not, sure it's down to the height of the waves as it can be a very uncomfortable ride if it get choppy, but I've used it on both fresh water and the sea and it's great fun,
And Si, yes I normally just call them boats as well, but it appears that most on here are calling them hard hulls so I just followed suit :whistle

One other thing I'd like to note is that I'm impressed with the cleanliness and care everyone on here shows their boats. This also goes for the gear and other equipment as well. Tells you a lot about a person.
