Leaking bung F Rib 330
Hi all,
when using my F rib 330 today, o noticed that my bung was leaking slightly. After several attempts to re position it, it carried on leaking. Nothing major but an annoying seepish.
Has anyone else had this issue and how have you overcome it.

Yup.....
I noticed mine leaked on it's maiden voyage, turns out the one way valve (rubber flap) was dislodged slightly. Quickly straightened the rubber flap and the issue was fixed.
Secondly, The bung falls out very easily. wet the bung before you put it in, don't be scared of giving it a slight tap to ensure it's pushed home properly.

The same thing happened on my maiden voyage on Monday. A guy gave me some ptfe tape to wrap round it. When we set off again, all was good in the world.

Re: Leaking bung F Rib 330
I always find the bung on the 330 leaks. Needs to be pushed in really firmly and occasionally twisting till you find the best seal.
It does seal eventually but is one of my standard checks when on the water as I have often found water seeping in.
Cheers,
Paul.

Re: Leaking bung F Rib 330
I must admit, although mine seals well enough on my 360, I find it dislodges very easily. I'm considering buying a rubber expanding bung to see how that works.
