Excellent! Thank you for the clarification on the adapters. The boat came with a Leafield screw in adapter without the internal screw. Leafield claims that the screw holds the valve open which helps increase the airflow with electric pumps, nice but not necessary.

As a side note, the Bravo brand foot pump that came with the boat is a solid piece of kit. Not cheap at all and does an excellent job even though I’m lazy and use a battery powered DeWalt vacuum to do most of the filling. A Bravo BTP12 is in my near future!

Hiya Fly,
My apologies.. I did reply to your post regarding the valves, though it appears I may have forgotten to press submit :shame

Harrison has again hit the nail on the head regarding the fitment of the prv’s on the rear only.
The inflation process (rear/sides first) blows the baffle forward, thus when the prv’s open the baffle will sink back and the pressure in the front sections will lower.
I had heard there were new valves coming to the Frib line up last year, it looks like they must be working there way through production now.
That’s great news 👏

As said, everyday is a school day as we all learn something new.
