EEEEEk, I don't think i'd be running it up the slip even then.
I have rub strakes on the Honwave right on the "V" but I get out. A pair of waders for £20 delivered eBay, does the job just great if it's chilly.
Have you thought about a folding launch trolley or some bow wheels ?

I wouldn't run it up, more of a case if the hull accidentally touches the concrete when I get out of the boat.
Bit like a bumper I guess.

Today I managed to get out without touching the concrete but had to put my foot in the water to learn forward and lift the nose up so I could pull it out of the water.

The boat has launch wheels.

However I can't think of a good way to implement it so I don't think I'll bother.

I have to say that I am either in shorts and wet shoes or if a bit chilly, a pair of kayak paddle pants and wet shoes so never actually touch the slipway before getting out, then of course I can lift the bow with the wheels already down and up the slipway / beach.

Perhaps you could make use of a boat fender to sit the Frib on at the bow so avoiding any chipping although you will have to rope it somehow.

I always wear my Peak storm dry pants, the water's always to chilly for me.

I motor into the beach with my wheels down. As soon as they touch I kill the engine, jump out and haul the SIB onto the sand.

That's another way to look at it. I'll get some of those water proof trousers, especially for the winter.
In the summer I'll just use shorts as I don't mind getting my feet wet.

I have a pair of the neoprene waders which are amazingly warm compared to my nylon ones. I have the bison waders on Amazon. Order about 2 sizes bigger than your foot size though as the neoprene goes inside the welly like a sock and takes up a lot of room. Very comfy though.
