F-rib 375 twin floor - how to prevent water intake?

We have an F-Rib 375 twin floor and are finding that water is getting into the chambers between the outer hull and the flat floor. It is not a safety concern but more of an annoyance as it means the boat gradually becomes heavier the more water we take on. It doesn’t come onto the deck and is only apparent when collapsing the boat and having to drain the water out.

I am presuming it is coming in around the bolt channels.

Does anyone has experience with this and recommendations on how to prevent it?

Sorry to hear of your problems, unfortunately not able to offer a solution.

However, we briefly had new one of the early twin skinned F-Rib 375’s which also took on water into the hull void. Returned under warranty for a refund as tubes also leached air, but think the hull leak was a common problem on these.

They soon stopped production of the twin skin model so might be worth contacting F-Rib to ascertain what the problem/fix might entail.

Quick update. I have inspected the bolt holes through hull and found a little damage and small hairline cracks in the gel coat. This is where the water must be entering. White gel coat on order. Job done.
