Excellent, thanks Paul. I'll pick some up from B&Q or Halfords if I can't borrow a pair from the inlaws.Paul wrote:A adjustable pair of grips will do the job as it's not very tight being made of plastic mate

Curiously all this looks in order and I couldn't see anything when folding up the boat that would suggest water getting in. The boat looks pretty much as new on the hull, bar the odd small mark here and there. But - without the earplugs - it appears that a fair amount more water is getting in through the bulkhead holes than others have reported on the forum (or compared to when I bought the boat last year).
Useful to know, thanks MattArcusFlyer wrote: ↑29 Aug 2018, 17:42Hi,
Not a solution but just to let you know you're not alone my F-RIB 360 has always been the same since new 3+ years ago - 2-3 inches or more in the rear section.
Usually when I launch the boat and have forgotten to put the drain plug in- Come on admit it - you've all done it
But seriously I always have that residual amount of water in the rear even on a dry trip with the drain plug pushed in tight. To be honest I haven't worried about it.
Apols not a solution but just to let you know I have had the same thing but never bothered to investigate it because it never seems to get higher than the 2-3 inch mark.
Thanks,
Matt.
