All welcome - aimed at those starting out or returning to the water. A supplement or refresher to formal training and great for those who have their PB2's booked this season.

would love to join in but sadly i dont have a camera or the know how . technology can be a burden if you werent brought up with it. what many consider simple daily actions are impossible for some and i know im not alone

No worries, unfortunately until we are able to meet people in person again we are somewhat limited to online training solutions.
For anyone who wants to join us you don't need a camera if you'd prefer not to or don't have one. You will however need to access Zoom online. We try to be online 10mins early to help anyone who is struggling. Appreciate its not for everyone though. Lets hope we can all meet again in person soon, makes communication so much easier :-)
