Boarding ladder

On a recent outing, launching from the Wyre estuary I got stuck on a hidden mudbank even though I was watching the depth sounder. Luckily I had the wheels down, so no damage to the prop.
(photo of my tracks at low tide) I had to get into the water in order to push off. Getting back in the boat was hard enough waist deep with feet in the mud
, which led me to think how hard would it be in deep water in an emergency situation? so first thing when I got back was to order a boarding ladder... good quality, £17 off ebay if anybody else is thinking of jumping in the water.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BOAT-ROPE-BO ... 2749.l2649. it's tied to the lifting eye and wraps up neat enough.
