Hi!

Is there a manufacturers plate on it at all? Any identifying markings would help.
Not a complete idiot - some parts are missing.

the Avon you have looks like the rover 3.10 version as it has 2 seats so is rated to 9.9hp (thats 2 stroke so not sure about the extra weight of a 4 stroke as 4 strokes werent really popular when that was made) and rated for 4 people + a child if that helps.

great rib's made of hypalon. not the lightest but as long as the tubes are good its a belting boat!

i knew someone who had one with an evinrude 15hp (same engine as 9.9 but different carbs) and the bloody thing flew with one on board. bit over engined but hilarious non the less.
If it has t*ts, tyres or floats......it's gonna cost ya!

100% concur with Si - rated to 10hp ( 2 stroke ) . I've got he SIB version I'll be trying at some point with a 9.9 4 stroke … going to be a giggle on the river I'm sure :)
