Sib launching

Hi. Am I Correct in thinking I can self launch, as in pull by myself, on any uk beach? I have a 3m sib with 4.2 outboard 2 stroke engine. I have large transom wheels and even a couple of inflatable rollers if needed. I have seen that the East Yorkshire coast does not allow this. Is that correct. I'm thinking of fishing off around Bridlington down to Hornsea. Or maybe around Anderby Creek as they are closest to me Thank you for your replies.
