Up in the not so frozen north at the moment, but will be out on the water.

Sorry can’t make this @sonny1, would have been good to catch up. Have a great trip. :thumbsup

Unfortunately not out tomorrow. Had a good trip today in the little 3.5 rib though.

Christchurch to Yarmouth, across to hurst point for a beach bbq, back across to Yarmouth before heading back to xchurch before dark. Had a nasty bit of sea between Hurst lighthouse and IoW on the way there though, a fairly confused sea. Was a good trip and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Hopefully get some more forum meets south too

saturday went very well for me , having met up with @PeterM in poole harbour we had a 60 mile round trip ( over 80 miles for peter as he launched in christchurch) taking in , swanage , dancing ledge, st,albans head, chapmans poole, lulworth cove, durdle door, and on to weymouth . if i can get some help , pictures to follow. big thanks to @PeterM for leading the way. ..... B.T.W. @bbutty sounds like you had fun , were you on your own , and i know the stretch between hurst castle and I.O.W. and it can be nasty.

Oh ... I must have missed you.. I launched about 8am from Mayor's mead, then met Sonny in Poole. Had a coffee with him and Dorset Marine Training....

Then set off on a longer than planned awesome trip out .

To Weymouth and back.. I did about 87 miles in all.. In a 4m rib you have to work hard!

As ever great company With Sonny... a lovely day and a full trip for 2 small boats..

Got back to Christchurch about 6.30.. towing a small rib that had issues with its engine the last 1/2 mile back to its mooring.

The pics seem have loaded back to front in time order. But you get the idea.

Hopefully the link shows the RYA safetrx app track...
