You must have a well balanced tank there buddy as those 'finicky' fish won't be happy otherwise, good on ya and congrats on the pregnancy
lol. Thats awesome buddy.
My office (Man Cave) is now finished. It's lovely and warm in there. Some evenings I'll go in there and play the PS4 or watch a movie.
I just need to work out how to adjust the PVC doors as there is a gap at the bottom.
Tonight I will be setting up a small fish tank so I can keep the babies in from my main tank in the lounge.

I came home yesterday to find my Clown fish were spawning.
With all the rocks, nooks and other places to hide in the tank they decided that behind one of the heaters was the best place to do it!
Very nice mate. I keep African Cichlids as I was worried about the time, effort and cost you need to keep marine.

If you look at the hinges on the pvc door frame there should be a bolt that you can adjust with an alan key and that should move the door up or down as needed

Depending on the hinge, there will also be adjustment under the hinge cover plate.
To access these adjusters you need to open the door and there will be a retaining screw for the cover plate on the inside of the hinge.
stick up a picture and I will be able to advise more

TBH once set up there's not much in it.
I started keeping Marine fish for the challenge, but now it has just become another chore
I built my filtration system myself and it's self sufficient.
I even have an auto topup system to account for evaporation.
