Not sure whether anybody’s been following Harry Dwyer’s slightly madcap but well made videos on YouTube documenting saving an old Avon Searider and then attempting a round the UK expedition. What they lack in boatbuilding skills and seamanship is more than made up by their video and editing talents...media types!
another top find by @harrison .... parts 1 and 2 done ,time for breakfast and straight back on it .... ps not so much to worry about passing St aldhelms head after all . everyone i know who boats has told me you cant do that particular stretch in anything under 6 metres.... great find ian
I first found Dwyer when his video about mining expanding foam out of an old light ship kept popping up in my suggested videos. I ignored it for ages thinking it was typical YouTube clickbait, but once I gave in and watched it I was hooked. I thoroughly enjoy his blissfully carefree incompetence and JFDI attitude. Highly entertaining.

That's a good find harrison really enjoying watching there adventure, thats one big challenge they have taken on,
l like the seating and steering on the little rib boat, if I ever I decide to upgrad from my sib something like that would be very nice.

Its a great series isn't it - sense of adventure, interesting to see the different in preparation between part one and three. Can't figure out if he is crazy, well prepared but a bit of showmanship for the film, naive .... Fab to watch anyway. Must go and find part 4 if its now released.
