Hi. Newby to inflatables.

I live near Perth, Western Australia. Our main river is a large are of shallow water in the estuary, with maybe 20-30 km of tidally leveled river boating up from there. In winter it is rapid-flowing downhill.

We get strong winds (18-25 Kts) that can chop up the large fetch of the main area. There are probably hundreds to thousands of boats (30-50ft) heading up and down on weekends. So, chop and large wakes to probably 1m . So I am looking at larger "rubber ducky" for simple running about, after having several types of boats in the past.

There are plenty of spots up and down where one can stop for a picnic or barbie.(yay!) :) Also vineyards and restaurants. (hrrhrhhr) :(

We have 3 medium dogs, so we need a bit of room.

I have had lots of casual boating experience, from river to coastal, in boats from kayaks and a Moth to a 23' catamaran.
