F-Ribs And Sibs - Inflatable Boat Community

Recently moved to Bridport from South Wales. Have a Drascombe Coaster which am doing up (slowly!) having had boats in S Wales for almost 40 years (Orkney Fastener 16, sold few years ago). Have bought Honwave T32 with 15hp Tohatsu, which am slowly getting used to. Scared the c**p out of me opening it up for first time. Would like to meet up with other Sib users whether local or farther afield as retired now and got Motorhome so am looking forward to venturing out fishing, but as new to area would appreciate advice. More than happy to share my experiences of fishing from Cardiff to Tenby/Saundersfoot.

Hi Earnie, Welcome aboard..
The T32 is indeed a terrier on steroids, it goes lioke the clappers and feels a little unsturdy in newly aquaired hands, but i can confirm they are more than capable and will stand upto a rigorous beating whenever you get brave enough to do it

Great spot to move to . If you haven't' already done it worth some training for around West Bay & Lyme Regis -I'd 100% recommend Lyme Bay RIB charter for a chat re training there ( they have big RIBS - about to get a really big one ! but also are also an RYA school ) - or even a quick blast along the coast to see what's out here ?

Great boats the 3.2 - a great size for practical boating and also that can go places

I have just joined the Forum from Yeovil and visit West Bay regularly although, have yet to put the boat in down there yet.
