@Themd1 I do hope you don't believe I was "bashing you down" or being negative. That was not my intention.

It really is a big ask to get a 3.2m sib on the plane with 4 bodies in it only powered by a single cylinder 6hp.
I'm not saying it can't/won't happen but i'll be suprised if you manage it.
We're not bashing you down Colin, We just share the same concern.. Once that wind turns and takes hold with an outgoing tide.. That 6hp is going to have to burn some coal to make headway buddy. :pump
Please,please be careful !

Perhaps a bad choice of words on my behalf there Chris, apologies for that, and no malice intended.

hey guys, no issues didn't take any of the comments bad at all dont worry :D still looking forward to it all you guys could well be right on the honda bf6 but im thinking my pint size 5 year old and small for age 9 year old shouldnt be an issue to start us off and thats what the boat is for if we like it we will upgrade im sure, i started off with a 12 foot caravan now 14 years and three caravans later we have a double axel and a full blown campervan to tow it
so goodness knows what boat ill end up with if we like it
any how ive been chatting to a couple of people and they recommended i try the river avon at upton on seven?? not sure if thats a decent place or even if i can, i have emailed the marina to get some info on it, would be nice to try if can i shall wait and see what they say i bet there a speed limit for one
have to say this forum is full of info i have been having a great read :D

Hi Colin and welcome to Honwave ownership!

Have you looked on: http://www.boatlaunch.co.uk/#/map might give some ideas?

Plenty of canals by you, which could be worth a look (mind submerged things)? I was thinking might be a look at somewhere like Brean for camping and possible boating...

Good luck, be safe and have fun!

Steve
