A sunny hello fom Gloucester
Just like to introduce myself as a new member, have been on another forum for a few years and found this site to be more my bag as i have an inflatable or two as you know they are addictive. Hope to meet a few other members in the future and find and talk about all things relating to boat stuff. I either use the Severn or Dart and sea in Torbay area and would like to meet up with others with the same interest for days out

Hello Hot Air!
You're right, this boating nonsense is slightly addictive! We've only got one SIB, plus two inflatable kayaks. But who knows for the future?!?
Have fun on the Severn...
Cheers
Steve

Hot Air ... you'll fit in here a treat with a handle like that
Welcome aboard our little forum, we've a great bunch on here all willing to help and advise in any way we can.
Grab a brew, pull up a pew and have a good ol'nosey around.
If you need any help, just yell and someone will be along shortly.
We love to see the craft people paddle in, so when you get the opportunity please...
Enjoy the forum

Thank you for the warm reception, hope to meet some of you soon, please let me know if there is a sib meeting in the south west or anywhere relatively close and I will do my best to attend if I'm available, I have an Avon 340 and a few others and willing to have a go at most

Hi hot air and
Love the handle - not near Birdlip by any chance?
Might get to one of your haunts in the motorhome one of these days, Torbay sounds fun, if so will take you up on the invitation to meet up.
If you get to any of my usual locales - the Thames or the Forth - give us a shout.
cheers
Roger

Thanks again for the welcomes everyone, Hi rogerblack, no not near the hot air balloon but not to far from there, Torbay is fun and plenty of places to see, you say the Thames- where about's do you get to on there, i have started at Lechlade and travelled for a day but having to go back to start takes its toll
