Small SIB for carp fishing

I am looking for a small air deck SIB specifically for carp fishing (I've got a Honwave T38 but it is a bit big for the intended use!).

It will only really be used for baiting up or landing fish potentially on fairly big lakes with an electric outboard or rowed.

Requirements -

Something between 2.3 and 3 metres long
Reasonably Light<30kg
Compact to transport
Stable
Drab colours

There are some specifically designed boats for fishing, but I suspect that they are all quite cheaply made.

I might consider a T24, but it is possibly a bit heavy..

Quite like these from Jochym Marine but quite pricy and quite heavy (£720) -



Or this cheaper tender for a lot less money from Rydal ribs (£380)
