F-Ribs And Sibs - Inflatable Boat Community

I've just ordered a set off transom wheels which I'm hoping to fit this week.
Do I need to order some kind of marine grade silicone to seal the holes?

I bought a second hand sib ad the only fault with it was the wheels were 14" wheelbarrow wheels which were too big and rubbed against the underside of the boat when moving it even though the brackets were about as low as they can go. Its got the curved legs that go under the boat which helps even the weight out. Not a problem though as I had some 12" wheels in the garage doing nothing so swapped them over. Havent used it again yet but not expecting any problems.

Before you fit any wheels I suggest you inflate the boat and check the position of the wheels, taking into account any movement once they have weight put on them, to ensure you dont put them too high and have this problem.

I also would like to add..if you have an solid floor put that in too because my ally floor dropped about one inch and started rubbing
