I'm struggling with getting an avatar image that works. Not sure how you guys do it. It's not the pixel size or 100x100 but the 8kb. No matter how small in file size I try and get the image, it rejects almost everything I try and do. Some on here are even animated gifs. How do you do it?

Well, that doesn't work either. Sized down to 100 pixel but still says bigger than 8kb. Tried with another I used on another forum and it didn't work either.
