Good find and a great buy. I can verify that the Yam 60 (EFi) is a great motor and very economical
Why am I here - I should be in my boat fishing!!

Thanks Chris , im hoping to be there mate , I really enjoyed the trip out in Poole and I think we should try to do at least one a month as a group. It's great to be out with other people that just want to enjoy being on the water .

Oooooooooooo, that's cool! Anxious to see some photos or videos of it out on the water.
Wrote a note said, 'back in a minute'. Bought a boat and I sailed off in it.

My poor honwave is sat outside crying, feeling let down after it’s hard work to get you into honwave mode, I’m sure that next time you see it you will apologise & maybe I can convince it that you had a temporary mind block & you may consider a lovely honwave in the future.

Well done Roy, good to hear you’ve gone for something that is a robust & sturdy boat that’s faster & feels more stable than the honwave, I’m sure you’ll have a lot of fun with it.

Thanks Mitch , I had been thinking about the logistics of taking an F rib away in my caravan and then cleaning it etc with 2 lazy kids and 3 dogs , and then the fact my wife wouldn't feel comfortable perched on top of those little seats. Some people may say that's a blessing , but me and Mrs N do like doing stuff together. I also don't want to buy something and then think ' I wish I got something a bit bigger'. Having said that i can see occasions when a F rib or sib would have been better. This will probably be my first and last chance to have a 'decent ' family boat. I guess it's a 'compromise' . If you can pass on my apologies to your honourable honwave , that would be great, it's a great little boat . Hopefully we'll meet again soon.Mitch wrote: ↑29 Jan 2019, 22:42My poor honwave is sat outside crying, feeling let down after it’s hard work to get you into honwave mode, I’m sure that next time you see it you will apologise & maybe I can convince it that you had a temporary mind block & you may consider a lovely honwave in the future.

Re: Zodiac Pro 500 - My new ride
If you have somewhere to store a boat on a trailer, and have the ability to tow it, there is no doubt that a small rib or small hard boat (without tubes) gives loads of fun and enjoyment for very little cost. It's all about smiles per pound spent, and small boats deliver that by the bucket load.
