F-Ribs And Sibs - Inflatable Boat Community

I fancy doing a trip from Warsash to Newport (the capital of the IOW) at the top of the Media river. There is a good pub there for lunch (The Bargemans Rest), and time for a quick explore of Newport.

If the weather / sea state isn't conducive for a Solent crossing we can either explore Southampton Water, or if really bad head up the Hamble river.

The tides work for this on Sat 20th Jan.

Anyone fancy this trip?

I work on Saturdays and only have the first Saturday of the month off, However would always be interested in a trip out including this one.

Sun 21st Jan is also a possible for this trip, depending if people prefer a Sat or Sun outing.

Well i prefer to go out on a sat to give me time to clean my gear and chill but if you all wanna go sunday then i can just make sure its not tooooo late a finish

My aim it to be back ashore at Warsash by 15:30 on either day (sunset is 16:36 that weekend)

Count me in, I’m alright for both days at the moment.

Baby boy is due on the 20th. I think I'd rather be on my boat lol
