We have to be heading home quite early so likely be back on dry land by then. Anyone know if they broadcast any air show info on vhf or normal radio?

Will post a few pics once back at base. Just heard on radio red arrows also today at 5.30pm (thur) cheers ozz

I have just finished setting up the radio station and it is on air now!
We are broadcasting the commentary on the radio on 87.7 FM and online.

The online commentary stream can be found here:

http://mixlr.com/souths-mix-for-bournem ... -festival/

On on the Mixlr app on Apple or Android.

I’m going to be out there on Friday from about 7:30 (I have something to do before the air show) so maybe I will see you out there.
I’ll be the guy in the Honwave with the Fribs and SIBs tshirt on!
Where will you be launching from? I want to come down and join in.

I’m going to launch from Baiter in Poole. It’s £15 all day with a trailer.

Such a great day out yesterday. Launched from muddeford and hut was closed so no fee :)
Spent a couple of hours cruising up and around Christchurch which was lovely.

Then headed out to Bournemouth. Had the wind with us on the way so was pretty smooth. Red arrows stole the show and 7 year old loved it. Having them screaming in right over head was pretty amazing.
Could see it was starting to get a bit rough so headed back right after they finished. Was seriously impressed with how the f-rib handled the waves. Was probably on the limit of what I would do with a youngster on board and quite glad to make it back onto dry land! Fantastic day.
Hope everyone out there had a good time. Cheers ozz

Glad you had a great day Ozz
Just realised from the photos you're the owner of my FRIB360 previously sold to Paul R
Great boat mate and yup with youngsters aboard you don't want to scare them or take risks :no
I really enjoyed ownership and encountered 2m+ waves aboard her a good few times and she always felt 'planted' :drive
Great setup, enjoy :thumbsup
:cheers

Hi Paul, yes that’s the one. So pleased we got it. Am new to smaller ribs but having the launching wheels is a revelation! Such a great little boat.
Heading out into central London today on the Thames. See how that goes :) cheers ozz
