raising the rear transom for long shaft outboard
hi im looking for ideas that i can fix a long shaft and take it off again to put my 4stroke shortshaft on reason have got my self an even rude 15hp 4stroke outboard ,any help would be great

Depending on the thickness of your transom, you could make a riser which clamps on, but it would always be a bit of a bodge. What boat do you have?
Not a complete idiot - some parts are missing.

Chinese copy of honwave t38 boat world 330 air floor good boat have a tohatsu 6hp 4 stroke short shaft only getting 6mph cant seam to get it up on plane its just about there , i swapped my sea kaya and got shafted from Irvin boat yard ,so im landed with a 15hp Evinrud 1995 which was supposed to be 2005 its high reiving with the choke off ,anyway its two heavy for my boat but i will sell it on once i get it working properly so wont be putting it on my transom \bun
