My new folding rib mod

Well I bought a plastimo folding rib a few weeks back to use pottering up and down the ouse at york when we're at our caravan but it takes a short shaft and I have a couple of longshaft small outboards so a transom mod is required .one 2ft x2ft marine ply board a saw and sander and we have

.Just a dry fit I'll remove it paint it and refit with new stainless bolts and some sealer .next on the list is folding launch wheels any recommendations apreciated
