How to subscribe to a forum and get email updates

Simply navigate to the forum of choice and right at the bottom click the "Subscribe Forum" link and you'll get an email every time an update is made to that forum!

You can also turn on email notifications to threads you've posted to by default, in the user control panel.

2. from the control panel, click Board Preferences -> Edit Posting Defaults

   

3. Click Yes for Notify me upon replies by default
4. Click submit to save your changes

So the search function works - found out how to subscribe - not been very active as have to remember to login but if an email notification comes through that's great. Just to clarify - I need to subscribe to each individual topic and can't do a general subscription (yes I'm nosey and want to hear everything that's going on!)???

Yes subscribing to the topics will send you an email when someone responds.
The best way to keep up with the forum is to use the active topics link, you’ll find that appears on the drop box (sometimes known as the burger menu) next to the quick links on the left hand side of the board index.
