Help with picking a SIB 4.7m or larger

I recently sold a Saturn 16' kaboat to upgrade to a full width SIB with aluminum floor. The brands I am currently considering are Stryker and Defender. Does anyone have any experience with either of these brands? Trying to weigh my options for quality, price, and accessories. I am also open to other brands as long as I can get them in US.

Extra Info:
Normal use would be lakes in the Carolinas (USA). 2 adults and a few kids. Occasionally, bringing out in-laws or friends as well.
