Elling 350KB as a sea fishing platform?

Elling Inflatabel Boats (sib) are growing in popularity, Huge sponsons with great accessory attachments.. Making a great choice for a small inflatable craft.

My boat should be clearing UK customs around 21/22nd July so may be with me by end of July.
I placed a firm order mid June, though it feels a lot further back than that because of the long list of possibles I was working through to arrive at my choice.
I will admit to be feeling a touch anxious with my final choice as the weeks have past, still very few members here have one and nothing except Russian video's on youtube, very little if any write ups from happy owners other than here. I did ask how many had been sold in the UK but got no reply, so I just hope it suits my needs and doesnt turn into a rare lemon that i'm unable to sell because nobody has heard of the makers.
When I made the original inquiries I thought it had a 5yr warranty, then my notes changed to 3yrs, now I see just 2yrs with Boatworld. Or perhaps I got mixed up with the F-rib or Excel Volante warranty.
I would have gone with the crowd and had a T32 but the engineer in me really hates the launch wheels having to loop round the tabs.

Don’t worry too much. You are going to be really pleased with it. There is a massive backlog with anything coming out of Russia / Eastern Europe at the moment. I have just had an engine trolley delivered from Russia that has been in transit for 10 weeks.

I’m out fishing on mine this weekend.

Been out fishing today. Cod And bass to 5lb, pollock and wrasse. There was quite a bit of swell and chop. The boat handled great. Airborne on a few occasions with 2 up.

Would have been a good day to be out from here today too, glad to see the boat behaved except on the odd occasion when it thought it was an airplane. Always nice to bring home fish for supper.
I spent the day tinkering more to hopefully make life easier getting the outboard in and out of the car tailgate area.

I have a 100mm step down into my tailgate area so its proving to be a work in progress. :scratch

Nice idea. I am looking at something similar. The engine is a pain with my knackered hip and back.

Brilliant DIY answer to loading problems. I have a Motor Toter, brilliant but huge! luckily I have a Navara pick up so no problem for me.
Why am I here - I should be in my boat fishing!!

They look pretty good. Like you say, they are big though. I wouldn't be able to fit it in my estate car with the boat.

Mine neither, normally tow my F-Rib on it's trailer, with the Tohatsu 20 on, the "toter" sometimes goes in the truck bed for low speed trolling or just bimbling around with tiny fuel sipping!

Here is a side view of what it looks like so far, the top set of wheels just slide out of the side handles, the side handles are removable via the black knobs if need be and the stand fits nice under my water tub with the motor tilted to get over the top tub lip. It still has sack barrow use if you park the outboard elsewhere.
I now have to cut some alloy checkerplate or ply to cover the boot floor as the spare wheel well is only covered by carpet and some sort of thin backing board. I dont think 28kg on 2 wheel tracks is going to do the present carpet any favours.
