As this is in the Elling section am going to assume is for a KB350??

Couple of guys on here, @Gray and @Sibfisher, trailer their Ellings so might well be along with some more specific advice.

Trailered a few sibs over the years and to be honest most bunked trailers are adaptable enough to accommodate most sibs - assuming they’re long enough in the first place. We’ve an old jet ski trailer, currently set up with rollers for our small 3.4 rib, but has previously carried Zodiac, Aerotec and Honwave sibs on bunks. It would also be suitable for our Elling if the need arose.

All dependant on budget, but if new then I’d initially recommend looking at something from say Extreme or Indespension. The EXT500 BUNK from Extreme or the Coaster Micro or Mini from Indespension spring to mind. Both these have 10” wheels (as opposed to 8”) which will run cooler if pushing on at motorway speeds.

I got rid of my trailer. It was more hassle than it was worth. I can have the boat out of the car and rigged in 20 mins.

Unlike Grey I keep my KB 350 on a 350 bunk trailer 24/7 and it has been that way since I purchased the boat back in Feb 2020 and trailed the boat to Galicia Spain from Cheshire, I am a reasonably fit 71 years and for me I would not have any other way.

Some of the reasons.

Just have to hook it to the car and away I go.
Takes no time at all to pull it off the trailer onto its launching wheels and roll into the water, plus putting it back on the trailer (No inflating or deflating or lugging a outboard in and out of the car,
Can keep a regular check on the tubes and floor.
Easy to clean after each trip and to do it in your on time.
The outboard is always on the boat so no lifting it on and off. (I had to extend the bunks to support it)
Before going out just connect the muffs to the outboard and start it, as it is always better before getting to the water, Makes it more convenient to start it at regular intervals keep the oil & water circulating.
It is always covered.
The down side is buying the trailer which I was luck and got mine of Ebay for 475pounds plus you will have to extend the bunks to support the outboard.
Hope this helps with considering what way to go.

Good to see you are still around Grey look forward reading some fishing updates.
