Just arrived Volante 360
Just taken delivery of my first SIB, an Excel Volante 360 with a Mercury 6hp 4 stroke outboard. So far only managed to unpack the boxes and get everything stowed away in the shed but it all looks good. I bought the complete package from Excel, together with bits and bobs like boarding ladder, life jackets etc. I will be using the boat for fishing mostly out of Troon in Ayrshire and I have taken a subscription at the marina to use the slip there. This is my first non rigid boat so I am at the learner stage, I have invested in a dry suit and HH VHF and no doubt in due course a fish finder- let the fun begin!
