Brilliant video, there is only one other I've seen. I have the same engine on order ( my first outboard) and plan to mount motor to boat at the side of the car, this has given me the confidence that I can handle the engine, and I will always has my wife with me to lift the prop end up into the car.

I called about 10 shops in Texas looking for a 20 hp and all of them said it would be months before they had any inventory. Then someone on a Facebook group told me about online outboards.com and I placed the order on Tuesday and it showed at my doorstep 3 days later. My biggest problem with this outboard now is that it is wider than my cargo hitch carrier so I have to figure out how to modify the carrier. I plan on driving (1200 miles) to the Grand Canyon with the kiddos next month.

Carrying tip guys, One hand under the power head on the carry handle, and the other hand low down on the leg.
Lean the power head into your chest and carry the outboard at an angle not doing a painful vertical lift where you bang your shins with the skeg or prop :busted
@gwozhog try it and if it works, do us another video :yay

Martin :cheers
