Deflating a 360
Hi. I have just deflated my 360 for the first time, in my patio. Can someone help with the correct sequence on folding it up? The final part of the process is not allowing the section to fit inside the transom. It is getting stuck on the top of the transom. Is there a specific way the tubes should be folded? TIA for your help.

Re: Deflating a 360
Hi Ed,
1. First ensure all the air is out of tubes
2. using the grab lines pull from opposite sides to fold the tubes as far into the boat as possible.
3. Start folding the boat sections starting with the bow, there is some movement in the hinges, you can move them back and forth a little (you can shorten the folded length by jiggling these about as you go) have a play, you will soon get used to it and it will become second nature.
I usually place my 360 on it's bag to fold (if at home using an old transit blanket too for protection)
Enjoy

Thanks chaps. I watched the Russian video earlier. Back on it again in the morning & attempt to suck more air out. Is there a simpler technique to get all the air out.

" Is there a simpler technique to get all the air out." To be honest, I don't bother and have never needed to, pull in the tubes and as I fold, any remaining air is squished out.

Thanks Warder. Got a better result today. At least it’s in its bag! PS. My cousins live near St Cyrus/Johnshaven. May be if I come up with the FRIB you can show me some on water sights.

Re: Deflating a 360
That would be great, always nice to have someone to chum up with.
If the weather is good and Sea calm, we could have a run out to the Bell Rock Lighthouse, wanted to do that for a long time but want to do it "in company" for extra safety - it's just on the 12 mile insurance limit
All we need now is for everyone to behave, keep to the distancing guidelines and get shot of this effing virus!
