Hi
What options do I have for fixing stuff to the floor of a Honwave T40 ?
Stuff like boxes, seats etc ? Gluing, screwing, bungees etc
Obviously I could screw, glue to transom, or glue kits/fittings to the tubes.
Best way to fix a coolbox/seat from moving around ?
Cheers

Re: Floor fixing options
Make the same fixing as the fuel tank strap or I have a couple of ratchet straps in between the floorboards where I need them.

Re: Floor fixing options
On my Honwave T30 I use paracord and small carabiners to attach things to the various rings inside the hull or the grab rope going round the top of the hull.

Re: Floor fixing options
The marine specific versions of the Coleman extreme coolbox actuallybhave a fixing kit to hold them in place. It consists of four corner pieces which are fastened to the floor and some kind of restraining strap. Sorry - writing this from memory. You could devise something similar for whatever box you use.
Not a complete idiot - some parts are missing.

Strangely I was looking at the new Coleman extremes at the weekend, they’ve increased the overall size of the big boy one now.
