Hi John,
Now the weather seems to be improving I’d certainly be interested in a sail around your area. At the moment my RIB is in my garage awaiting her bottom being copper coated! I put her into the Clubs marina in March. Where do you launch from? Cheers. Cpt.G.

Re: Loch Ness Slips?
Looking to find other older folks who live in Scotland, especially around the Central belt, who wish to sail and, of course, chat about boats things? I’m lousy with I.T. And have real trouble with this site. Only been on twice and have been a member for over a year. Just thought I’d try again !

Hi Steve and Paul. I looking to join a 'flotilla' not a crew. Haven't launched my new Rib yet, but propose to use Newhaven slipway in Edinburgh or Granton. Both are, I've been told, free. My first 20 hours will have to be slow as I'm running the engine in. Not to be used over 10mph. Happy to join in...

People to sail with / Events
Hi, I want to sail as much as possible. I'm retired, so available 7 days a week. Preferably around the Firth of Forth unless a trip of 2/3/4 days when I'd be happy to go further afield. Suggestions.

Re: My wee boat. CaptainG
As a 'new boy' and trying to get to grips with the technical side of this forum, I would thank Cliff, Paul Steve and Pitch for their kind words regarding my wee boat.
I also thought that I had thanked all those who had welcomed me yesterday. I can't see that logged anywhere, but Hey Ho!!!
